ANIMATIONS
Animation
With real time and photographic realism, using your physical evidence and scientific principles, you can recreate and present the most complex or difficult situation that not only will captivate the jury but will educate each member of the jury. Scientific evidence is typically difficult for jurors to interpret and comprehend. If your case depends on the jurors’
complete understanding, then the animation is your best tool to present your facts. Today’s society is visually driven and accustomed to the latest viewing technology. Personal video players, cell telephones, large screen digital televisions and HD technology are commonly relied upon in a potential juror’s everyday world. That fact alone makes the use of the 3D digital media a must for courtroom presentations.
Our animation software and computerized animations have been accepted and used in the courts as well as mediation, arbitration and settlement conferences. You have the luxury of animating a complete event or just one small facet using the latest technology and based on your expert’s analysis.
We provide a “Work-In-Progress” web page that allows you, your expert or our animation department to preview the animation simultaneously in the comfort of each personal office. After approval we can produce your computer animations on the standard DVD media or maximize the effectiveness with Blu-Ray HD presentations.

COMPLEX CRASH EVENTS
An unmarked police car was approaching the intersection where an elderly woman was making a left turn. A third vehicle was stopped waiting to make a left turn onto the main thoroughfare and a witness was stopped behind a semi-trailer. The crash area was at the beginning of a school zone marked with a 20 mph speed limit. There were conflicting reports on where participants were before the crash along with conflicting speed accounts, a flawed police investigation where the concluded failure-to-yield on the turning vehicle was the cause.
ISSUES: Limited visibility, perception and reaction, evasive maneuvers and speed.

COMPLEX EVENT WITH TWELVE DEFENDANTS
A van was driving along and a commercial lawn mower was mowing adjacent the road. The mower struck a piece of metal that turned out to be a broken road reflector base that shot across four lanes into the driver’s side window hitting the driver in the head.
ISSUES: Liability: lawn mower manufacturer, reflector manufacturer, reflector installer, city street department, land owner or lawn maintenance company?

VIEW OBSTRUCTION
After a scene has been modified the existing obstructions at the time of a crash can be recreated and visibility can be determined. Time and distance can also be added to show how the obstruction contributed to the crash.
ISSUES: Was there any view obstruction due to the foliage growing along the roadway in the right-of-way and what liability did the governing agency by not cutting and trimming ?

WHAT IF'S?
What if the truck had been doing the speed limit? How would that have affected the outcome of the crash? Inputting your accident reconstruction expert’s calculations allows the jury to see and not just try to perceive and understand the complexities of time and distance.
ISSUES: Truck speed and avoidance

PRODUCT OR WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS
You can easily display the correct installation position based on local codes (shown by blue rail) and the existing rail from the scene inspection. Then the impact of improper installation and maintenance can be shown and the jury can see why the plaintiff fell after the upper hand rail bracket finally broke.
ISSUES: Why did the handrail bracket fail- faulty production or installation and maintenance?
